If you are interested in the V(S)SS’11 and would like to apply, please keep in mind the following important dates:
- Application opening (May 5th, 2024): All applications before this date will not be accepted.
- Application deadline (June 9th, 2024): Applications after this date will not be accepted. The application will close by the end of the day. No late application is accepted for any reasons.
- Acceptance announcement (July 1st, 2024): If your application is successful, you will receive an invitation e-mail sent by the V(S)SS’11 Organisation Committee to the e-mail you registered in the application form. Please check your e-mail on this day (sometimes e-mail may be filtered to the SPAM box, just carefully check all your mailboxes). We regret that we are not able to send e-mails to the candidates whose application is not successful because of the large number of applicants.
- Confirmation of attendance (July 11th, 2024): For successful candidates, you will have to confirm to attend the V(S)SS’11 before the end of this date. Late confirmation means you are unable to attend, and the place will be offered to another candidate.
